This message appears inside your Client Portal when:

  • You have just created an account, but have not placed any hosting or domain orders yet.

  • Your previous services (e.g., hosting, domain) have expired, been cancelled, or are not currently active.

  • You are logged in, but no active hosting account is currently associated with your profile.


 Is This an Error?

No, this is NOT an error or a technical issue.

It is a standard message generated by the system (WHMCS) when your client profile does not yet have any active hosting or VPS accounts.

You can continue using the portal normally and place new orders as needed. you can go further to click Shop Now or Order Now button to get started.


 What You Should Do

If you see this message:

  1. Don’t worry — your account is working properly.

  2. Click on the “Shop”, “Order Hosting”, or “Place a New Order” button.

  3. Choose from the available services:

    • Domain Registration

    • Web Hosting

    • Cloud or VPS Hosting

    • Reseller Hosting

  4. Complete your purchase — once done, your services will appear in the client dashboard.
