If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 2. Services Provided AOneHost Pvt. Ltd. provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, and web development services. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice. 3. Account Registration You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4. Payments and Billing All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for renewing your services before expiration to avoid suspension or termination. Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension. 5. Service Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our policies, including but not limited to abuse, spamming, illegal content, or overdue payments. 6. User Responsibilities You agree not to use our services for: Hosting or distributing malicious software Sending unsolicited emails (SPAM) Hosting illegal content Activities that may damage our server or reputation 7. Data and Backup While we maintain routine backups, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. AOneHost shall not be liable for data loss. 8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal
TERM, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT RENEWAL
Term of Service. 1. Payment Policy All services provided by AOneHost Pvt. Ltd. must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices must be paid before the due date mentioned in the invoice. Accepted payment methods include: Bank Transfer (Nepal-based banks) eSewa / Khalti / IME Pay / Fonepay / Pytm Online card payment (if available) Cash (in rare/approved cases)
Payment 2. Billing Cycle Shared Hosting, VPS, and other plans may be billed monthly, quarterly, annually, or as per the plan selected during the order. Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before the service expiration date.
MoreA3. Late Payments If payment is not received by the due date: Your service may be suspended after 3 days. The account may be terminated after 10–15 days of non-payment. A late fee may be applied automatically (typically 10–20%). 4. Refund Policy Refunds are available only for shared hosting (within 7 days of purchase). Domain registration, VPS, SSL, and custom development services are non-refundable. To request a refund (if eligible), please contact our support team via email. 5. Currency and Tax All charges are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless specified otherwise. Additional government taxes (if applicable) may be added to the invoice. 6. Disputed Charges Any disputes regarding billing or charges must be reported to us within 5 days of the invoice date. We will review and respond to all disputes fairly and promptly. 7. Auto Renewal (Optional) Clients can request auto-renewal for hosting plans by enabling it from the client area or contacting support. Ensure payment methods are up to date to avoid service interruption.
REFUND POLICY
At AOneHost Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide reliable and quality services. However, we offer limited refunds under the following conditions: Shared Hosting Plans: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Non-Refundable Services: Domain registration, VPS hosting, SSL certificates, WHMCS licenses, and custom development services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refund Requests: Must be submitted via email to support@aonehost.com.np or direct contact WhatsApp within the refund window. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
SECURITY
Term of Service. The term of User's subscription to the Services commences upon User's acceptance of these Terms and terminates as set forth in this agreement.
Payment User agrees to pay all fees for purchasing and renewing AOneHost Services. AOneHost may be made available for free by many partners in which case the user does not need to pay AOneHost for the use of AOneHost.
Authority In the event User is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, other business entity or group of individuals, the person registering for purchasing or renewing AOneHost Services on behalf of such entity, User shall submit a Certificate issued by such entity User to the effect that he/she has the authority to bind the corporation, LLC, partners, joint venture or other individuals in this manner and in connection with User's acceptance of all other Terms set forth herein.
